The wait is between nonexistent to very short. They are also very accommodating to me when I need to change my appointment even when it's on a short notice. So far I am happy with their work. They also take the time to explain to my kids the procedure and what to expect so they can understand. I like how they have payment plans even though I didn't use it with my daughter but may use it with my son in the future.  "Where to start! Getting my teeth straightened was an exciting trip. Now that it's over, I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Art and his staff. First of all they are sincerely friendly, also fast, and amazingly competent, every one of them. I learned to keep my teeth clean and cheered along with everyone involved as I saw my teeth moving around—yes, actually moving around from one spot to the next until they were even, according to Dr. Art's vision. Things I thought I could not master, like putting on rubberbands—they'd fly out of my hands so fast and were never found again. So I went through a lot of them, but I finally learned how to do it. I feel like I've graduated and I belong now to a great family of people with beautiful teeth. Well, I have a few more things to get done before the work is all finished, but I'm confident that the work will go well, and soon I'll be able to come back to Kamisugi's office to show how well I look, since he gave me the proper foundation for it.
